“ACB” most commonly means Air Circuit Breaker, an electrical device for protecting circuits from overcurrents and short circuits. In a government context, it can also stand for Anti-Corruption Bureau, a law enforcement agency that investigates corruption. In finance, it can refer to the Adjusted Cost Base, a tax term for calculating the cost of an asset.
